Weekly AI Digest

A personalized Monday morning DM summarizing your week ahead and week behind. Max plan only.

ℹ️ Max plan only

The weekly AI digest is available on the Max plan and during the free trial.

Every Monday at 9:00 AM in each user's local timezone (from their Slack profile), Tickr sends a personalized DM summarizing their week ahead and week behind. The digest creates a habit loop — like Duolingo for project management.

What's in the digest

The DM contains:

AI-generated personal summary

3-5 sentences that acknowledge completions, call out urgent items, comment on update quality trends, and provide encouragement.

Structured sections

  • Overdue — tasks past their due date
  • Due This Week — tasks due within 7 days
  • In Progress — tasks you're actively working on
  • Open — tasks assigned but not started
  • Blocked — tasks waiting on a dependency (with blocker reason)
  • Completed Last Week — tasks you finished in the last 7 days
  • Update Quality — percentage of good updates (with feedback)

Who receives it

  • Every user who has at least one active task or completed a task in the last week
  • Users with zero tasks are skipped (nothing to report)
  • Only workspaces on the Max plan (or Trial) receive digests

Timezone handling

The digest is sent based on each user's individual timezone (from their Slack profile), not the channel timezone. A user in New York receives their digest at Monday 9:00 AM ET, while a user in London receives theirs at Monday 9:00 AM GMT — even if they share the same channels.

💡 Per-user delivery

Unlike nudges (which use the channel timezone), the weekly digest uses each person's Slack profile timezone. Everyone gets their digest at 9 AM in their own time zone.

Slip risk integration

If Predictive Slip Detection flags any of your tasks (score 40 or above), the digest includes an "At Risk" section so you see slip risks alongside your regular summary.
